• Like New: The box has been opened for inspection, but the model is unassembled.

• Near Mint: Lightly handled or briefly displayed. The model is in excellent condition (approx. 95% new) with no missing parts or visible damage.
  
  

• Payment & Pricing: The full amount or a partial deposit (specifics detailed on the product page) is required when placing an order. The agreed-upon price is guaranteed and will not change after order confirmation.

• Delivery Date: The shipping date provided is only an estimate based on the manufacturer's expected release schedule. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, but commits to informing the customer immediately if the timeline changes significantly.

• Contract Completion: The purchase agreement is officially completed when the product is successfully delivered to the customer.

• Outstanding Balance: If only a deposit was paid, the customer will be notified once the product arrives and the remaining balance is due. Should the payment fail to be completed within the extra time period clearly stated in the final reminder, the order will be cancelled. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

• Consumer Protection: As a consumer (private buyer), the customer is entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal without needing to state a reason.
• Exclusion for Customized Goods: Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Such customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Start Date: The 14-day period begins on the day the product is physically received by the customer or a designated third party, not the date the pre-order was placed.
• Procedure: To exercise this right, the customer must notify us via a clear statement (e.g., email) and return the product.

Cancellation Initiated by the Customer

• Before Warehouse Arrival: If cancellation is requested before the product arrives at our warehouse, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
• After Warehouse Arrival: If cancellation is requested after the product has arrived at our warehouse, the refund amount will be reduced by up to 15% of the total amount paid. This reduction is considered compensation for costs for re-listing, administration, and storage.

Cancellation Due to Outstanding Balance (Non-Payment)

• If the order is cancelled by us due to the customer's failure to complete the final balance payment, the refund will be reduced by up to 20% of the deposit amount (or total payments made). This reduction constitutes compensation for costs for loss of margin, administration, and storage.

Cancellation Initiated by the Seller (Manufacturer Issues)

• In the rare event that we must cancel the pre-order (e.g., manufacturer cancellation or product discontinuation), the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid (deposit and/or full payment).
