Gundam Exia Repair IV, Graham Aker’s personal mobile suit following the ELS invasion, joins Bandai’s Real Grade (RG) model kit lineup.

Originally introduced in the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 10th Anniversary event “Gundam 00 Festival 10 Re:vision”, Exia Repair IV represents a further evolution of Gundam Exia Repair III. This RG release faithfully recreates its distinctive asymmetrical design, including the exposed-frame left arm and its newly developed Seven Swords equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • Consumer Protection: As a consumer (private buyer), the customer is entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal without needing to state a reason.
  • Exclusion for Customized Goods: Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Such customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Start Date: The 14-day period begins on the day the product is physically received by the customer or a designated third party, not the date the pre-order was placed.
  • Procedure: To exercise this right, the customer must notify us via a clear statement (e.g., email) and return the product.

Cancellation Initiated by the Customer

  • Before Warehouse Arrival: If cancellation is requested before the product arrives at our warehouse, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
  • After Warehouse Arrival: If cancellation is requested after the product has arrived at our warehouse, the refund amount will be reduced by up to 10% of the total amount paid. This reduction is considered compensation for costs for re-listing, administration, and storage.
